1. Design your concept
Enter text or upload artwork, select a style and colour, then choose dimensions and acrylic. Save the summary so the visual and technical specification stay together.
2. Production review
A sign designer checks letter joins, spacing, minimum bend radii, power requirements and mounting points. Necessary adjustments should preserve the approved look while making it safer to fabricate.
3. Fabrication and testing
LED neon is shaped and fixed to the acrylic backboard, then wired to the specified power system. The finished sign should be illuminated, dimmed and visually inspected before packing.
4. Delivery and installation
Use the supplied mounting plan and suitable anchors for the wall type. Large or commercial installations may require a qualified installer and locally compliant electrical connection.
