Before an order
Choosing a supplier does not place an order. Review the fabricator’s final proof, price, delivery estimate, shipping destination and return terms before payment.
Custom-product limitations
Personalised products are commonly non-returnable once fabrication begins unless they are defective, damaged or materially different from the approved proof. Cancellation timing and any design fees should be stated in the accepted order.
Delivery inspection
Inspect packaging and the sign promptly after delivery. Photograph visible damage before discarding packaging and contact the party named on the order confirmation within its stated claim window.
International shipments
The recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage or local electrical compliance unless the accepted order explicitly states otherwise.
