Before payment, verify the warranting company, coverage period, included components, geographic limits and who pays shipping for inspection or replacement. A design preview alone does not create warranty coverage.
Typical exclusions
Warranty coverage commonly excludes incorrect installation, unsuitable power supplies, physical damage, unauthorised repair, outdoor exposure on an indoor-rated sign and normal cosmetic wear. Refer to the accepted order for exact terms.
Care and troubleshooting
Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft dry or lightly damp cloth, avoid solvents and do not bend the acrylic or tubing. If a sign fails, record a short video showing the complete sign, power supply and connections.
Preparing a claim
Keep the order reference, approved proof and delivery records. Contact the seller shown on the order confirmation, because Neon Font Generator itself does not process payments or manufacture products.
