Information you provide
Text, logo files and design selections are processed in your browser to create the preview. Contact messages may include your email address and any information you choose to provide. The supplier handoff does not automatically send your design text or uploaded artwork to a supplier.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser type, device information, request times and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service. We do not ask for payment card details through the design tool.
How information is used
We use information to provide the requested feature, troubleshoot errors, secure the website, answer messages and improve usability. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Service providers may process limited information under their own contractual and legal obligations. If you follow a supplier link, that supplier processes information under its own privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information. Contact privacy@neonfontgenerator.com with a specific request. We may need to verify the request before responding.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the current revision date appears above.
